Carlos Piotrowski will be new CEO at Esso Brasil, the fuel retail unit of US oil company ExxonMobil (NYSE: XOM), from June 1, the company said in a statement.
Piotrowski will also be Esso head of fuel sales. He will replace Carlos Noack, who has been company CEO since October 2004.
Noack will be transferred to ExxonMobil Inter-America, in Miami.
"The changes in the company`s command are part of ExxonMobil`s initiatives to promote alternating posts to improve its companies and the professional evolution of its executives," Esso said in a statement.
