ANP approved a 15-day extension of the public consultation on two technical notes presenting the application of the Recovered Capital Method (RCM) to NTS gas pipelines (Southeast Network) and TAG gas pipelines (Northeast Network). The consultation, which was scheduled to end today (6/22), will now close on 7/7.

Considering the complexity of the topic and the need to ensure maximum transparency and legal certainty, ANP decided to extend the deadline for the market and society to review the proposals, in response to a request from the pipeline operators.

The extension will allow for a deeper technical analysis, reinforcing ANP’s commitment to transparency, regulatory certainty, and public participation.
