The services under this contract were historically performed within Petrobras' EQSB Maintenance Workshop, but execution has now been transferred outside the company's facilities for the first time. This shift is part of Petrobras' strategy to explore new supply models, with a focus on cost-efficiency.

The scope of work includes maintenance services for equipment, tools, devices, accessories, and materials related to operations with Subsea Equipment, as well as storage, safekeeping and preservation, maintenance management, and strategic asset management.
The contract's activities are being carried out at Oil States' base in Macaé, covering items such as Hydraulic Flushing Units, HFL Jumpers, ANM support tables, Vertical Connection Modules, Tree Caps, TH, FEJAT, as well as subsea equipment accessories.
Oil States' expertise, resource availability, cutting-edge infrastructure, and accumulated know-how were crucial to securing and succeeding with this contract.
