Petrobras, further to the releases disclosed on 04/27/2018 and 05/23/2018 regarding the processes of partnerships in refining, informs that, in response to requests from interested parties in the processes, it extended the deadline for signing Confidentiality Agreements and other documents provided for in the Opportunity Disclosure (Teaser) to 07/02/2018.

Participants who have already signed the Confidentiality Agreement, as well as those who will enter into such agreement by 7/2/2018, will receive instructions for submission of non-binding proposals (Instruction Letter) after the date defined above.

With the term extension, in addition to the five companies that have signed the agreement so far, other companies that have already expressed interest will also be able to participate, increasing competitiveness to the process.

The disclosure to the market herein is in compliance with Petrobras' divestment methodology and aligned with the special regime for asset disinvestment by Federal mixed-capital companies, provided for in Decree 9.188/2017.
