Petrobras informs that its Executive Board approved a revision in the frequency of readjustments in the prices of diesel and gasoline marketed in its refineries. From now on, the price readjustments of diesel and gasoline will be carried out without defined frequency, according to market conditions and external environment analysis, enabling the company to compete more efficiently and flexibly.

Immediate application of this revision will allow Petrobras to reduce at the moment diesel prices, in line with the changes in international prices observed in recent days.

The principles that guide the practice of competitive prices, such as import parity price (IPP), margins to compensate operational risks, market share level, and protection mechanisms through derivatives are maintained.

This report on Form 6-K shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference into the Preliminary Prospectus Supplement, dated June 10, 2019, relating to the previously announced offer by Caixa Econômica Federal of common shares, including common shares represented by American depositary shares, of Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras.
