Yesterday (10/06/2020) the Special Bidding Commission (CEL) approved the enrollment of 6 more companies for Permanent Offer (ETEP Indústria Metalúrgica Ltda., CE Engenharia Ltda., Equinor Brasil Energia Ltda, Phoenix Oil & Gás Natural Ltda ., Subtec Serviços Ltda., Tarmar Energia e Participações Ltda.).

ANP opened the 2nd Permanent Offering Cycle on 9/11/2020, after approving declaration of sectors of interest accompanied by guarantee of supply for one of the sectors on offer. The public presentation session for the 2nd Cycle offers is scheduled for the beginning of December 2020.

According to the schedule established for the 2nd Cycle, the registered companies have the deadline of 10/13/2020 to submit declarations of sectors of interest accompanied by offer guarantees for any exploratory blocks and areas with marginal accumulations on offer set out in Annex I of the Offer notice Permanent.
