At the 77th ANP Biodiesel Auction, 1,176,958,000 liters of biodiesel were purchased to meet mandatory mixing, with no bids for voluntary mixing. Of this volume, 99.92% came from producers holding the Social Biofuel Seal. The average trading price was R$ 4.425 / L, without considering the acquirer's margin, and the total amount traded reached the level of R $ 5.21 billion, reflecting an average discount of 25.15% when compared to the average weighted regional "Maximum Reference Prices" (R$ 5.912 / L).

The Stage of Presentation of Offers to attend to the mandatory mixing took place in a single day (7/12/2020), with 43 producers providing a total volume of 1,410,300,000 liters of biodiesel.

In continuity with the Biodiesel Auction process, in the first Offer Selection Stage, held on December 9 and 10, 2020, 1,108,976,000 liters of biodiesel were purchased. This volume came exclusively from producers holding the Social Biofuel Seal, representing 78.98% of the volume offered by these producers and 78.63% of the total offered in the Auction.

In the Offer Restatement Stage, held on 12/11/2020, 67,982,000 liters of biodiesel were purchased from producers with or without Social Biofuel Seal, representing around 4.82% of the total offered in the Auction.

O processo de apresentação de ofertas de biodiesel pelas usinas e de seleção pelos distribuidores para mistura voluntária ocorreu no dia 14/12/2020. Foram disponibilizados 61.400.000 litros, sendo 100% de produtores detentores do Selo Biocombustível Social, volume este que representou 26,31% do saldo total de oferta não vendida para fins de adição obrigatória. Nessa etapa, não houve nenhuma negociação efetivada.

The Biodiesel Auctions are designed to comply with Law No. 13,263, of March 23, 2016, and Resolution No. 16, of October 29, 2018, for implementing the evolution schedule for the mandatory addition of biodiesel to diesel oil sold to consumers Final.

It should be noted that the 77th Auction (L77) aims to guarantee the supply of biodiesel in the national market during the period from January 1 to February 28, 2021, according to the criteria established in Public Auction Notice No. 009/20-ANP.
