The Federation of Portuguese-Speaking Lawyers (FALP) is pleased to announce the release of the Scientific Programme for the FALP 2026 Congress, which will take place in Luanda, Angola, from 16 to 19 November 2026.

Under the theme “Law, Innovation and Cooperation in the Lusophone World” and with Professor Eduardo Vera-Cruz Pinto serving as Scientific Coordinator, the Congress aims to encourage reflection on the challenges innovation poses to the law and the importance of strengthening legal cooperation among Portuguese-speaking countries and territories, in a context of social transformation and growing interconnectedness.
