The 2nd Offshore Conference Latin America 2025 (OCLA 2025) will take place on 20 - 21 February 2025 in Hilton Buenos Aires, Argentina. This years conference theme is Argentina Offshore Enters a New Era.

OCLA 2025 is mainly focusing on the Offshore E&P activities. After Argentina Offshore Round 1, Equinor had already led the drilling of the Argerich-1 exploration well. It was the first to be drilled in the North Argentine Basin. Total Austral also begins development drilling program at Fenix offshore gas field. At this point, we’re planning to organize the 2nd edition offshore conference to again combine the vendor companies and operators together. It is very important to build this channel for all players who want to develop Argentina offshore market.

In the two-day event, we will discuss regulations, operators developing plans, sustainability and climate mitigation, future planned operations, investment environment, digital transformation, technical transformation, industry development trends, public educations and more from both domestic and international perspectives. As well, the event will focus on Argentina particularly, Uruguay, Brazil and Guyana markets will also be involved.

Since we have successfully held the first edition, we’re very confident to invite more than 200+ c-level attendees this time. In the last edition, we have involved local operators like YPF, Tecpetrol, Pluspetrol and IOCs like TotalEnergies and Equinor. Most global giant oilfield service contractors participated to share their experience to develop Argentina market.
