In comparison with the previous month had oil production increase of approximately 1.4% and 14.4% compared to March 2013.
Already the production of natural gas increased by approximately 8% compared to March 2013 and about 0.2% in the previous month, surpassing the record set in February 2014, when production reached 83.2 million cubic meters.
The production in pre-salt exceeded 2.4% in the February, totaling 483,400 barrels of oil equivalent per day, 395,900 barrels of oil and 13.9 million cubic meters per day of gas natural. The production originated in 28 wells located in fields of Baleia Azul, Baleia Franca, Jubarte, Pirambu, Caratinga, Barracuda, Linguado, Lula, Marlim Leste, Pampo, Sapinhoá and Trilha.

The largest producer of natural gas was Mexilhão field in the Santos Basin, with a daily average of 6.7 million cubic meters. The P-52 platform, located in the Roncador field, was the unit that most produced  in the period with a volume of 135.100 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
The production coming from onshore mature basins was 175 Mboe/d, and 142.7 Mbbl/d of oil and 5.1 million m³/d natural gas. Of this total, 3.9 Mboe/d were produced by concessions not operated by Petrobras, with 340 boe/d in the State of Alagoas, 1,894 boe/d in Bahia, 45 boe/d in the Espírito Santo, 1,296 boe/d in Rio Grande do Norte and 282 boe/d in Sergipe.
