The ANP published yesterday (8/4) the Technical Report SCL nº 004/2020, with clarifications on the certification of labor services. According to the Agency's guidance, the value of the items used in the provision of labor services, described in paragraph 1 of Art. 3 of ANP Resolution No. 19/2013 (items not considered as goods or materials), will not be computed for purposes of determining the percentage of local content of the service provision.
