The ANP published today (8/31) the Dynamic Panel of the Regulatory Agenda, an interactive tool that allows you to consult information on the actions that make up the ANP's regulatory planning for the period 2022-2023.

The dashboard has three views of the dataset:

• General Statistics: visualization of a statistical overview of the Agenda's global information;
• Share Information: consultation of registration information on regulatory actions; and
• Execution Schedule: graphic visualization of the schedule progress stipulated for each action.

Filter fields are available on the "General Information" and "Execution Schedule" screens, facilitating the user's search. The "Execution Schedule" screen also has extra tools, in the lower left corner of the screen, that allow modifying the user's interaction mode with the displayed information.

The panel also has a screen with explanations about the terms used and a list of all areas that make up the ANP.

The data currently available refer to the survey carried out in the first half of 2022 (possible actions completed in the second half are not yet covered). The panel adds to the monitoring reports (updated versions of the Regulatory Agenda), which will continue to be published every six months on the page https://www.gov.br/anp/pt-br/acesso-a-informacao/acoes-e -programs/regulatory-agenda.

The Regulatory Agenda is part of the ANP's regulation process, comprising a set of good practice instruments adopted by the Agency in search of improving regulatory quality in its scope of action. It is the instrument for planning regulatory actions in the face of market needs, for increasing the transparency of the regulatory process and encouraging greater social participation in the solution of regulatory problems and in the elaboration of standards.
