The ANP announces today (26/11), on its website, the contributions received during the Public Consultation No. 21/2019, on timely review of ANP Resolution No. 19/2013, which provides for the criteria and procedures for the implementation of the Local Content Certification activities. The objective is to enable certification of imported products that contain incorporated national components, even partially, including individually certified goods, systems and materials prior to export for incorporation into the imported product.

The proposed revision was submitted to the Public Consultation within 45 (forty-five) days, ending on 11/25, and a Public Hearing will be held tomorrow (11/27). Contributions received and other documents relating to the review are available on the Public Consultation and Hearing page 21/2019.
