The National Agency for Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels publishes today (22/6) the booklet "Opportunities in the Oil and Natural Gas Sector in Brazil - Bidding Round 2017-2019", in Portuguese and English. The booklet is available in http://www.anp.gov.br/wwwanp/publicacoes .

The publication presents the areas that will be offered in the 14th, 15th. And 16a. Bid rounds of areas for exploration and production, under the concession regime, and also those of the 2nd. 3a, 4a. And 5a. Pre-Salt rounds, in the system of production sharing. It also reports on improvements in the national energy policy, such as changes in local content and simplification of the rules in the concessions regime, with the adoption of a single phase of exploration, distinct royalties for new border areas and higher risk mature basins, Shareholders' equity and incentives to increase the participation of investment funds.
