The National Energy Policy Council (CNPE) authorized the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) to hold the Fourth Round of Bidding of Marginal Fields, nicknamed "Rodadinha". Resolution No. 4 of the CNPE, dated August 2, was published in the Federal Official Gazette (DOU) on Monday (05/09).

According to the resolution, will be offered in the Fourth Round thirteen Inactive Areas with Marginal Accumulations, located in the basins of Recôncavo, Potiguar and Espírito Santo, depending on the favorable opinion of the competent environment Agency.

In the Espírito Santo Basin, the following fields will be auctioned: Conceição da Barra, Garça Branca, Rio Doce and Rio Mariricu. In the Potiguar Basin, the resolution authorizes the bidding of the fields - Iraúna, Northwest of Morro Rosado, Urutau and Riacho Alazão. In the Recôncavo Basin, contains the Araçás Leste, Fazenda Sori, Itaparica, Jacumirim and Vale do Quiricó fields.
