The National Council for Energy Policy (CNPE) published on Thursday (27/4), in the Official Gazette of the Union, CNPE Resolution 9/2017, which authorizes ANP to hold the 3rd Round of Tenders under the Sharing Regime Of Production in the Pre-Salt Area and approves the technical and economic parameters of the areas offered.

Pau Brazil, Peroba and Alto de Cabo Frio areas will be offered - West, in the Santos Basin, and Alto de Cabo Frio Area - Central, in the Santos and Campos Basins. The resolution also set the signature bonuses for the areas.
