Further to the clarification request made by BM&FBovespa (Brazilian Securities, Commodities and Futures Exchange) regarding the news item broadcast today, titled “Unaudited 3rd quarter balance sheet to be released on the 27th”, Petrobras has the following comments:

As already announced, the company will release its third quarter 2014 financial statements in January 2015, but without the External Auditor’s review report.

These financial statements are expected to be presented to the Board of Directors at the meeting scheduled for January 27. The financial statements will be released on the same day, depending on the outcome of the meeting.

Petrobras reaffirms its commitment to release the third quarter financial statements reviewed by its external auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as soon as possible.
