The concession contracts for the areas awarded in the 4th Round of Mature Accumulations were signed today (31/8) at the ANP, with the presence of the four directors of the Agency.

 

Of the six winners of the bid, five - Ubuntu Engenharia e Serviços Ltda., Imetame Energia Ltda., Newo Óleo e Gás Ltda., Muncks & Reboques Brasil Ltda. And Dimensional Engenharia Ltda. - signed contracts. These companies presented the documentation required by the bidding document, confirmed the payment of the subscription bonus offered and delivered the financial guarantee of the Initial Work Program (PTI).

 

The exception was Petrol Serviços de Sondagem Ltda., Which was unable to deliver on time a PTI guarantee that met the requirements of the public notice. The ANP board has given more time for the company to deliver the guarantee.

 

The 4th. Round of Areas with Mature Accumulations was carried out on May 11, 2017. Of the nine areas tendered, eight were sold by six companies. The total area granted was 92.89 km² and the signing bonus offered was R$ 7,977,983.46, which represented an average goodwill of 1,991.52% in relation to the minimum bonuses established in the notice. The minimum ITP of the purchased areas totals investments of the order of R$ 9,100,000.00.

 

The six winners have obtained the minimum qualification required to act as operator in the areas.
