Vessel will commence operations in mid-April.

China Oilfield Services Limited (COSL), a leading integrated oilfield services provider in offshore China, announced Wednesday that the newly purchased platform supply vessel - HYSY613 has recently been successfully delivered for operation.
Equipped with a main-turbine power output of 6,000 horsepower, as well as a DP2 dynamic positioning capability, HYSY613 also has an overall length of 246 feet (75 meters) and gross tonnage of 3,300 tons, and belongs to the same model as 2 other platform supply vessels (HYSY611, HYSY612) that were purchased by the Group in 2013. Apart from being able to carry bulk materials and drilling fluids, HYSY613 is also equipped with a 5,297-cubic foot (150-cubic meter) tank to supply methanol/ethylene glycol to the platform it serves.
This vessel is expected to commence operations in South China Sea in mid-April. Another platform supply vessel of the same model that was purchased together with HYSY613 is expected to be delivered to the Group by the end of April.
