Findes lived yesterday a historic moment with the management of 2020-2023: as president of the next triennium, Cristhine Samorini becomes the first woman to assume the top leadership of the Federation of Industries of Espírito Santo.

In her speech, the president stressed that the 2020-2023 Management will be guided by dialogue, the raw material for the construction of the new team's work plan.

Improving the successes of the previous management and advancing the identified critical points are the plans for the next three years, with priority actions to support industries in the pandemic and post-pandemic scenario. Institutional articulation, intensification of the agenda to defend industry interests, innovation, modernization of governance and management, are themes that will guide the work of the President and the Board of Directors.

Leaving his post as president, Léo de Castro highlighted the results achieved over the past 3 years, the result of well-developed and executed planning, also built through dialogue with the productive sector.
