The Under Secretary of the German state, Uwe Beckmeyer, visited yesterday (5) the stand of Firjan. The purpose of the meeting was to present the opportunities in the oil and gas market in Rio de Janeiro and stimulate investment in the state.

The Secretary was received by President of FIRJAN and highlighted the interest of Germany to increase investments in Brazil. "The German companies have been strongly represented in Latin America and has great importance in the Brazilian market. We want to expand further bilateral relations in May and I'm sure this conversation with the Firjan is the beginning of a prosperous relationship," said Uwe Beckmeyer.
