Delta SubSea LLC and FoundOcean Inc. have signed a strategic agreement to provide subsea grouting and scour remediation services in Trinidad and Tobago, and Venezuelan waters. The two companies bring complementary services, giving clients a turnkey solution for pipeline scour remediation and stabilization solutions in the region.
“Scour is a major concern for companies operating in Trinidad and Tobago, and Venezuela, and, when left untreated, it can cause catastrophic damage to pipelines,” said Scott Dingman, president of Delta SubSea.
Delta SubSea brings logistical and vessel support while FoundOcean brings its 50 years of offshore inspection, repair, and maintenance (IRM) experience. The alliance partners will also provide a full range of subsea pipeline repair and rehabilitation techniques, including freespan correction, pipeline support and stabilization, and pipeline clamp options.
