The Board of Directors of Pré-Sal Petróleo, aware of the worldwide situation of the rapid spread of the COVID-19 virus and in order to protect its team, decided to adopt the following measures:

- Suspend all external meetings, replacing them with teleconferences or video conferences;

- Internal meetings must be conducted with the least number of participants. We advise you to do them by Skype for Business / Hangout / Whatsapp from your own machines and / or smartphones;

- Suspend all national and international travel;

- Guide all employees arriving from abroad to take the test for coronavirus. In case of contagion, the employee will be quarantined;

- Cancel the participation of employees in any external event, even though it has already been confirmed;

- Guide all professionals over 70 years old or from a risk group to do home-office starting today (03/16);

- Guide employees to inform immediately the immediate superior who will give authorization for the employee to make a home-office;

- Guide employees to notify their immediate superior if there is a positive diagnosis of CODIV-19 among family members living in the same environment.

- In case of symptoms such as fever, cough and fatigue, seek specialized medical assistance and report it to your immediate superior;

- Request the administration of Edifício RB1 to inform us, in case you know of a confirmed case among the building's regulars;

- Inform the administration of Edifício RB1 and public health authorities about any confirmed case in the company;

- Ask the employees to go down to the reception to pick up delivery orders and clean their hands when they return;

- Increase the number of alcohol-gel dispensers in the company's units;

- It is recommended that all employees are up to date with the vaccines;

- Ensure hygiene at the workstation and clean the cell phone, phone, mouse and keyboard with alcohol-gel;

- Follow all measures to prevent contagion, including avoiding, as far as possible, agglomerations and public events.

- The spoons used for coffee will be removed as a way to avoid any contagion. We ask employees to use individual spoons.

The company is concerned with the individual and collective health of its employees. We understand that this is a temporary phase and will be overcome.
