Petrobras hereby announces that the Board of Directors of its subsidiary Petrobras Distribuidora S.A. – BR approved today the election of Mr. Ivan de Sá Pereira Junior as Chief Executive Officer of this subsidiary.

As disclosed previously, Mr. Ivan de Sá Pereira Junior has been acting as the Interim CEO since January 26, 2016.

The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of BR’s Executive Manager of Logistics and Procurement, Marcelo Fernandes Bragança, as acting Chief Operational and Logistics Officer.
