Brazil and Germany will discuss the opportunities and challenges of future energy systems. Event happens on July 4
T&B Petroleum/Press OfficeRegistration for Energy Day 2019, sponsored by the Brazil-Germany Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Rio de Janeiro (AHK Rio), in partnership with the Ministry of Economy and Energy of Germany (BMWi), the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME). The event, which will have as its central theme "Future Energy Systems", will take place on July 4, at Eletrobrás headquarters, starting at 8:30 am. The conference will feature German and Brazilian speakers who will discuss the opportunities and challenges of future energy systems, allowing the exchange of experiences between the two countries.
The presence of the main names of the sector is confirmed. The event will discuss issues such as "Changing energy systems from an international perspective: Starting points, current developments and future perspectives" and "How do the characteristics and trends of future energy systems influence energy planning?" During the event, there will also be a panel discussion on "Market opportunities and challenges arising from imminent changes in energy systems", as well as the signing of the Start-Ups Support Program by MME and PROCEL.
The event is free and has limited vacancies. Eletrobrás is located in the Mário Behring Building, Rua da Quitanda, 196 - 2º andar, Rio de Janeiro.
