The prices of anhydrous and hydrated ethanol increased during the week of June 23 to 27, according to the Cepea/Esalq Indicator from Esalq/USP.
Anhydrous ethanol, which is blended with gasoline, rose by 2.84%, with the price per liter reaching R$ 2.9962, up from R$ 2.9134 the previous week. Hydrated ethanol, used in flex-fuel vehicles or those powered exclusively by ethanol, increased by 1.57%, rising from R$ 2.5696 to R$ 2.6099 per liter.
Paulínia Daily Indicator
On Friday (27), the Paulínia Daily Indicator recorded a slight drop. Ethanol was traded by mills at R$ 2,734.00 per cubic meter, a decrease of 0.07% compared to the previous day.
