Change country working for the company is the most important benefit that a company can offer professional oil and gas. At least 40% of the thousand respondents around the world cited expatriate package as the high point of the benefits that a company could offer, according to research conducted by Michael Page. 
Other benefits cited were the bonuses for good performance (25%) and shares (13%). "The big point of expatriation is that the salary increases of 20% to 40% and the cost of living fall too", explains Carlos Afonso, division manager of oil and gas from Michael Page.
Patrick Hollard, operations director of Oil & Gas Group, it is important that companies in the industry offer a good expatriate package to attract good professionals. 
According to the study, the oil and gas began heated year. 400 opportunities opened in December last year in the global website of Michael Page, 103 have been closed in the first quarter. Of these, 30% are to operate in Brazil. 
"This market is still growing at a significant rate in the world and suffers a little less the impacts of economic crisis. In Brazil, however, despite the current industry scenario, the prospect of pre-salt is still a significant driver of hiring", says Hollard.
