The prices of gasoline and diesel oil become more expensive as of today (9) for distributors that are going to buy fuels at Petrobras refineries. Gasoline was 8.8% more expensive, that is, the price of a liter rose R$ 0.23 and started to cost R$ 2.84.
The price of a liter of diesel oil rose 5.2%, or R$ 0.15, and started to cost R$ 2.86, according to information released this Monday (8) by Petrobras.
The state company recalls that the price of gasoline and diesel sold at the service stations to the final consumer is different from that charged at refineries. The final price includes taxes, costs for acquisition, mandatory mixing of biofuels and profit margin for distributors and gas stations.
The amounts charged at the refineries depend on prices and supply in the international market and on the exchange rate.
