The values of hydrated ethanol rose again in the state of São Paulo, after falling for two consecutive periods. In the case of anhydrous, the values advanced for the second consecutive week. Researchers from Cepea indicate that the support came from the punctual stoppage of grinding by some plants in the state of São Paulo at the beginning of last week, due to rains.
In addition, many units have again offered ethanol at higher prices. Between September 21 and 25, the CEPEA / ESALQ Indicator for hydrates was R $ 1.8290 / liter, an increase of 3.82% compared to the previous week. In the case of anhydrous ethanol, the CEPEA / ESALQ Indicator closed at R $ 2.1107 / liter, an increase of 1.21% in the same comparison.
