Copergás, aiming to improve remote service, offers, as of today, the new Virtual Agency, a service that will replace the Customer Portal. On the platform, it will be possible to issue a duplicate of the invoices and view the consumption history, in addition to making different requests.
Access to the platform must be made through the Copergás website, where the client will access the link “Virtual Agency”, located in the upper right corner of the home page. In this way, you will be asked for the contract number and, if the customer does not have this information, the guidelines for acquiring it will be found on the same page. The password to access the Virtual Agency for the first time will be the customer's CPF or CNPJ, thus facilitating this transition between remote answering services.
In addition to the new look, the Virtual Agency will also facilitate some requests, such as registration changes and due dates. This new format does not replace the SAC (117 or 0800.281.2002), which will continue to respond to requests, questions and emergency calls.
In this atypical period of health emergency, Copergás suspended face-to-face service at headquarters and started receiving requests for formalization of contracts from residential customers through e-mail. The Virtual Agency arrived to assist in this remote contact, together with the SAC, streamlining the service and offering a quality service to our customers.
