The Thompson & Knight and Schmidt Valois will host a workshop under the theme: Oil and Gas in Brazil Today: ANP Bid Rounds and Petrobras Divestment Process.

The event will happen on November 30th, Thursday, starting at 11:15 am. It will discuss the opportunities of the oil and gas market in Brazil, the ANP’s Tender Process, the Petrobras’ Divestment Process. In addition, the Current M&A Environment and Project Financing Issues, Attorney Perspectives on Legal and Commercial Issues and Investor Perspectives on the Future will be presented.
