The ANP will promote on 10/13 an Evaluation Workshop of Resolution ANP nº 795/2019, which provides for the obligation to present price data related to the sale of oil products and biofuels by producers, importers and distributors.

During the workshop, the results of the perception survey on ANP Resolution No. 795/2019 will be presented, which was sent to agents in mid-September this year, in addition to gathering additional information and clarifying doubts about the responses sent in the survey.

The event will be online, starting at 9:30 am, through the Teams platform. Those interested in participating must make prior registration by e-mail cerimonial@anp.gov.br. Confirmation of registration will be subject to the availability of available spaces, as there is a limit of 300 simultaneous participants per meeting on the platform used.

Interested parties will also be able to register, until 10/8, to make presentations containing suggestions and contributions on the topic. The procedures for registering presenters and other information about the event can be consulted on the event page.

ANP Resolution No. 795/2019 aims to reduce information asymmetry and protect consumer interests in terms of price, quality and product offerings, promoting free competition, both in the short and long term. The contributions received will serve as a subsidy for the Regulatory Result Assessment (ARR) to be carried out by the ANP.
