Oxiteno is one of the winners of Top Employers Brasil 2014, a globally recognized certification in the human resources sphere. Conducted by the Top Employers Institute in more than 130 countries, the survey makes a detailed analysis of companies' HR policies. Benefits, management, training opportunities and career development are some of the criteria evaluated in the survey.

"This certification demonstrates that the company's people management cycle is consistent with best-in-class policies adopted worldwide. We continuously work to provide our employees with the best opportunities," says Fauze Diab, Human Resources Manager at Oxiteno.

According to the survey, 100% of the companies certified with the Top Employers Brasil 2014 have professional training programs; 85% of them promote sports events aimed to encourage networking; 65% offer extended maternity leave and 52% help employees pay their studies.

"Oxiteno stands out for providing its employees with the opportunity to acquire knowledge and professional qualification, in addition to offering a competitive remuneration and benefit package," states Diab.

To consolidate the process validity, all answers were audited on an independent basis, what means the survey attests Oxiteno's excellent career conditions, assuring to the company a desired position in a select group of certified companies.

In its 3rd edition, the Top Employers Institute has also certified other 19 companies from all over Brazil.
