Entrepreneurs and industry experts crowded Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) auditorium during this Monday topical luncheon to listen to Minister Fernando Coelho Filho, of Brazilian Mines and Energy Ministry. Approaching the theme "Brazil Oil & Gas Opportunities, Pre-Salt and Beyond", the Minister presented an optimistic outlook to potential investors and highlighted the moment of transition that the industry is experiencing in Brazil.

"We have a challenging agenda, but we are working to address all the issues that impact the attractiveness of investments for the country", he said.
