As an example, last Monday, January 23, 2012, the Ministry of Industry, Foreign Trade and Services (MDIC), through the Program to Encourage the Competitiveness of the Production Chain, to the Development and Improvement of Suppliers of the Oil and Natural Gas Sectors (PEDEFOR) launched a public consultation for the general public on its website to obtain more information about the Local Content made by the oil and gas exploration and production (P & G) industry in the country .

The MDIC informs that it will receive by 30/01/2017, next Monday, information on the local content made for the items of the spreadsheet made available for receiving information. (Http://www.mdic.gov.br/).

In this way, we will receive until Monday, 30/01/2017, information about the local content made in the items of said worksheet available for receiving information. These subsidies must be based on a certificate of local content issued by the certifying entities accredited by the ANP or a cost sheet that demonstrates the local content carried out. In addition, we make available the File with the tables of the Four Operational Environments of the 13th Round of Bids, namely: land, shallow water depth up to 100 meters, shallow water depths of 100 to 400 meters and deep waters with depths above 400 meters.
