The performance of the Pre-Salt Oil SA (PPSA), a state that will manage and supervise the operation of the pre-salt oil in Brazil, the sharing scheme and field Pound, were the themes of the first breakfast of this edition of the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC). The presentation opened the conference and addressed the main points of this operating regime change in the country, the meaning of the PPSA and its functions brought together leading British and data presented aspects of the supply chain and their technological and operational challenges.
Oswaldo Pedrosa, president of the PPSA, believes that the presentation was very good for clarifying the international market that had many doubts as to the real work of state government and its influence on the operation of the pre-salt.
"I emphasized that we are the partner of the consortium that will develop the project. Potentially We have converging interests with all operators and we have a very important task is to verify costs and approve them so that they are retrieved in oil, while we have accompany all plans and programs to ensure the maximization of the results to be obtained", Pedrosa says.
