Petrobras informs that the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE), in a court session held on JUNE 22, approved by majority vote the transaction for the sale of 51% of Petrobras Gás S.A. (Gaspetro) to Compass Gás e Energia S.A. (Compass) without restrictions.

The decision will be published in the Official Journal of The Union according to CADE's regimental deadline, and the conclusion of the transaction is still subject to the other conditions precedent provided for in the share purchase and sale agreement.
