Petrobras, following up on the release disclosed on 05/27/2019, announces the beginning of the non-binding phase related to the sale of its total equity interest in 27 mature onshore fields, located in Espírito Santo, jointly designated as Cricaré Cluster.

At this stage of the project, the interested parties qualified in the previous phase will receive instructions on the divestment process, including guidelines for the elaboration and submission of non-binding proposals, and access to a virtual data room containing more information about the cluster.

This disclosure to the market complies with Petrobras' divestment methodology and is aligned with the provisions of the special procedure for the sale of exploration, development and production of oil, natural gas and other fluid hydrocarbons, provided for in Decree 9.355/2018.

This report on Form 6-K shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference into the Preliminary Prospectus Supplement, dated June 10, 2019, relating to the previously announced offer by Caixa Econômica Federal of common shares, including common shares represented by American depositary shares, of Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras.
