Petrobras announces to the market that the Federal Court of Appeals of the Second Circuit issued a stay of the ongoing class action and the individual actions before the Federal Court of New York (District Court), while pending judgment of the Company's appeal of the decision of the class certification issued on February 2nd, 2016, as announced in the press release dated February 3rd, 2016.

Therefore, the trial of the class action and the individual actions, previously scheduled to begin in September 2016, is currently suspended.

Petrobras will continue to vigorously defend its rights.
