The challenge of organizations in the oil and gas industry in implementing the diversity and inclusion agenda, not only internally, but also in external policies and good practices, is the guiding thread of the debate "Diversity & Inclusion Practices in the O&G industry", promoted free of charge by the IBP on September 1st, starting at 4:30 pm, on the Institute's YouTube.
The strategic role of inclusive leadership, the cases and action plans aligned with the Diversity and Inclusion policies in a structured, consistent manner that strengthens the O&G industry, and the good development practices such as conversation circles, committees and thematic groups and recruitment to Blind people are the highlights of the webinar that is moderated by Renato Berlandi Peregrina, Senior Human Resources Analyst at Galp.
Ruan Santos, Shell's Ethics and Compliance Manager for Latin America since 2015, member of the Compliance Committees of the IBP and the Instituto Argentino del Petroleo Y del Gas and Vice President of the LGBTQIA+ network at Shell Brazil, TRUEColors, Gabrielle Botelho, Director of HR from CGG, member of the International Society of HR (SHRM) and columnist for the American website HR Exchange Network, and Maria Clara Costa, Subsurface Manager at Equinor, complete the group that will discuss the strategies and challenges for creating action plans that in fact, result in a plural, inclusive and above all equitable framework, in line with the objectives of the organizations.
