Petrobras, in complement to the Material Fact disclosed about Partnerships in Refining, informs that, considering the temporary injunction issued by the Minister Ricardo Lewandowski, of the Federal Supreme Court, under the ADI 5624 MC/DF, which questions provisions of the State-Owned Companies Law (Law 13.303/2016), the following divestments are also suspended:

- Araucária Nitrogenados S.A., whose Teaser was released on 09/11/2017;

- Transportadora Associada de Gás (TAG), sale of 90% of the shares of this subsidiary, whose Teaser was released on 09/05/2017. This process was already suspended due to the decision of the 4th Panel of the Federal Regional Court of the 5th Region, as disclosed on June 5, 2018.

Petrobras is evaluating appropriate measures in favor of its interests and its investors. Furthermore, reinforces the importance of the Partnerships and Divestments Program to reduce its level of indebtedness and generate value through portfolio management, in line with its Strategic Plan and 2018-2022 Business and Management Plan.
