The National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) communicates that, on February 23, 2022, it temporarily suspended the process of the Public Call for Contracting Transport Capacity ANP No. SA – TBG.

The decision to temporarily suspend the process was motivated by the request for annulment of the bidding submitted to the ANP by the Gas Company of the State of Rio Grande do Sul – Sulgás on 02/21/2022.

Therefore, the ANP decided to hear the request for challenge filed by the company and temporarily suspend the process of the Public Call for Contracting Transport Capacity ANP nº 03/2021 of Transportadora Brasileira Gasoduto Bolivia-Brasil SA - TBG, as well as open a period of 5 working days for the manifestation of all participants of the event, counted from the date of publication of the Order in the Official Gazette of the Union (DOU).

In due course, the ANP will manifest itself on the next stages of the event.
