The 2025 edition of Vitória PetroShow, held from April 8 to 10 at the Vitória Convention Center, is already making history as one of the most significant energy events in Brazil. According to Manoel Passos, president of the Espírito Santo Association of Petroleum Service Companies (Acespetro) and event organizer, the trade fair is expected to generate approximately R$ 900 million in immediate business—the direct result of business rounds held with companies pre-qualified to meet the growing demand of Brazil’s energy value chain.

“These figures are real and concrete. The companies participating in the business rounds were selected through data cross-checking to ensure their technical and financial capabilities to serve operators,” said Passos. “They’re not here just to showcase their work—they’re ready to sign contracts, and many will leave the event with agreements already in hand,” he added.

The event mirrors a scenario of robust expansion for the energy sector. Petrobras alone announced R$ 35 billion in new investments, with an even greater total when including other onshore and offshore operators, as well as investments in alternative energy sources. According to data compiled with support from the Jones dos Santos Neves Institute (IJSN), total investments projected for Espírito Santo over the next five years are expected to reach R$ 98 billion.

With this influx of capital, Vitória PetroShow reinforces its role as one of the most important energy events in Brazil, drawing the attention of operators, suppliers, investors, and public institutions.

“We are extremely pleased with the event’s performance. We’ve received very positive feedback from sponsors and anchor participants such as Petrobras and representatives from the state government,” Passos noted. “It proves we’re on the right path to further strengthen Espírito Santo as a strategic hub in the national energy landscape.”

The final day of the event, this Wednesday (April 10), promises to solidify the success of this edition with new agreements, strategic panels, and stronger connections among all links of the energy supply chain.
