The 7-BUZ-10-RJS well in the Búzios field, in the Santos Basin pre-salt, recorded a record in volume of oil and natural gas produced in September 2020. In total, it produced approximately 69.6 thousand barrels of oil equivalent per day, the largest volume ever recorded by a single well in the entire historical series.

Of the 273 fields that produced in September, only 8 registered a volume greater than that of well 7-BUZ-10-RJS. National production was 2.907 million barrels of oil per day and 125.255 million cubic meters of natural gas, totaling 3.695 million barrels of oil equivalent per day.
