Petrobras hereby announces that its Board of Executive Officers approved, at a meeting held last Friday (30 October), the celebration of the new amendments to the agreements for the supply of naphtha to Braskem. This amendment has duration of 45 days, starting from November 01, 2015.

Any material facts will be timely disclosed to the Market.
