Free registration is now open for the third edition of Bahia Oil & Gas Energy (BOGE25), which will take place at the Salvador Convention Center from May 28 to 30. With a wide range of attractions, the event has become a fixture on both the national and international calendars, reflecting the strength of the oil and gas sector in Brazil’s North and Northeast regions.

The event will feature 250 booths and 300 brands across two pavilions—three times the size of the first edition. In addition, more international delegations are expected to come to Salvador, with representatives from 20 countries anticipated to attend. With over 90% of booths already sold, BOGE25 is aimed at professionals working directly or indirectly in the onshore and offshore oil and gas sectors in the North and Northeast of Brazil.

Organizers expect 12,000 visitors over the course of the three-day event. The first edition drew 5,000 participants, while last year saw 8,400 attendees.

Nicolás Honorato, the event’s organizer, highlights that this year the technical sessions and academic congress will expand internationally. “We’ve established partnerships with foreign institutions that host other international conferences, allowing their members to submit academic papers in Salvador, while enabling Brazilian researchers to present their work abroad,” he explained.

Business Roundtables and Special Arenas

The business roundtables alone are expected to generate around R$ 400 million in deals—excluding additional commercial agreements made during the fair. The event's program includes two main plenary sessions: one focused on oil, and the other on gas and its derivatives.

There will be several themed arenas, including an ESG Arena dedicated to environmental, social, and governance topics; an Innovation Arena; a Commercial Arena; technical visits; a scientific congress; technical sessions; and a special program called “Talents of the Future” aimed at students in their final years of study and young professionals seeking career guidance in the oil and gas industry.

The event will also offer a wellness area designed for both work meetings and relaxation, along with food services featuring products made in Bahia.
