On October 23, 2015, a ruling was published on the Public-Interest Civil Action filed in 2006 by the Bahia State Public Energy, Transport and Communication Services Regulatory Agency – AGERBA related to the supply of natural gas to Petrobras' fertilizer plant in Bahia (Fafen-BA).

The ruling ordered Petrobras to pay R$ 566.67 million and sign a contract with BAHIAGÁS to supply gas to Fafen-BA.

Petrobras filed the appropriate legal measures and, on 10/27/2015, was granted a preliminary injunction suspending the ruling on the Company to pay this amount.
