The Ministry of the Environment (MMA) and the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME) signed yesterday (2/11) an unprecedented joint statement confirming the environmental feasibility of including exploratory blocks, under the Permanent Offer regime, across a vast area of the Campos, Santos, and Espírito Santo Basins, covering a large portion of the pre-salt polygon.
