With a presence in over 1,500 km of gas pipeline projects across Brazil, Construtora Elevação will take part in Rio Pipeline 2025, from September 9 to 11, at ExpoRio Cidade Nova (RJ). The company, which will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2026, returns to the largest pipeline gathering in Latin America with a focus on innovation, operational efficiency, sustainability, and above all, safety—showcasing its key success stories and role as a strategic partner in highly complex projects.

Recently recognized by Exame magazine in the Expanding Business ranking, Elevação has been consolidating its leadership in the Oil & Gas sector by combining technology, integrated management, and a strong commitment to its corporate values. “Participating in Rio Pipeline is an opportunity to strengthen relationships with clients and attract new investors, while reaffirming our commitment to innovation, efficiency, and sustainability in the oil and gas sector,” said Roberto Aguiar, Executive Operations Director at Construtora Elevação.

Featured Case Studies

Elevação’s track record in pipeline and infrastructure projects is marked by high technical standards and positive impact on local communities. Projects that illustrate its expertise include:

  • Gasmig – expansion of the gas distribution network in Minas Gerais.

  • Cegás – construction of the largest Polyamide 12 gas pipeline in Brazil.

  • Logum – logistics infrastructure for fuel transportation.

  • Petrobras (Tebar) – projects with high technical and safety requirements.

  • Sulgás – expansion of pipelines in Southern Brazil using non-destructive methods.

  • Bahia Gás – expansion of the distribution network in the Northeast.

  • Eneva (Gavião-Belo Pipeline, MA) – a project that transformed the region, driving development for surrounding communities.

Integrated Management and Safety Culture

With an Integrated Management System certified by ISO 9001, Elevação ensures quality processes, occupational health, socio-environmental responsibility, and above all, safety across all its operations.

At Rio Pipeline, Senior QSMS-RS Manager, Luciana Sciarra, will present the company’s case on the evolution of safety maturity in pipeline projects:
“At Elevação, safety is a non-negotiable value. We established a governance model involving top management and leadership, combined with preventive tools and the development of risk awareness among all employees. In just one year, we observed significant progress in operational discipline and a reduction in key safety indicators, reinforcing our daily commitment to preserving life.”

Socio-environmental Commitment

In addition to safety and efficiency, Elevação also stands out for its sustainable practices that amplify the positive impact of its projects. Programs such as PGA (Environmental Management Plan), PGRE (Waste Management Plan), and PGDAE (Deforestation and Special Areas Management Plan) ensure legal compliance, environmental preservation, and benefits for local communities.

One example is the Gavião-Belo Pipeline (Eneva/MA), where integrated management not only enabled project execution but also fostered regional development, generating opportunities for the local population.
