The brazilian company HRT said on wednesday (11) that the managing Discovery Capital Management increased its stake to 15.10% of the share capital of the company, equivalent to 44,921,397 shares.

Discovery says its goal is strictly for investment, with no plan currently to a change of control or management structure of the company.

The fund also said that with the exception of shares purchased, and will not stop "has no knowledge of people connected to it holding convertible debentures, warrants, subscription rights to shares or options to purchase shares of the company and which have not concluded any contracts or agreements regulating the exercise of voting rights or the purchase and vneda shares of HRT".
